Artesanías La Unión

Silvia is a Wayuu woman who now lives in the city. She loves her community and decided to go back and help the weavers of her Rancheria commercialize and sell their products. Silvia is one of the few Wayuu Women to build a small business and help her community. They produce thousands of bags every year to ship all around the world. Now she has her own Virtual store at the Wayuu Market. Her siblings also decided to live at the rancheria part of the week so they can teach at the local school. These are the lives of the people behind the Wayuu Bags. The Wayuu artisans, millenary weavers.
