Return Window:

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Returns beyond this period are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

Items must be in the original, unused condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Certain health and personal care items
– Perishable goods like food and flowers
– Intimate or sanitary items
– Hazardous materials
– Flammable liquids or gases

Return Requirements:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items should not be sent back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

– Items showing signs of use
– Opened media items such as CDs or DVDs
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
– Returns made more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a set number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If these steps don’t yield results, reach out to us at [email protected].

Sale Items:

Only regularly priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, email us at [email protected] and send your item to Cl. 10 #7-39, Riohacha, La Guajira.

Gifts:

If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping for Returns:

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Shipping Insurance:

For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Return Authorization:

A Return Authorization number is required for all returns. Contact us at [email protected] to obtain this number before sending your product back to Cl. 10 #7-39, Riohacha, La Guajira.
